Ten100

The 2nd Annual 10/100/1000 Challenge

Ten great ideas, one $1,000 winner – and 100 ways you can help.

Creative Tampa Bay is excited to partner with Creative Loafing to present our second 10/100/1000 challenge — a contest to find 10 great ideas to make Tampa Bay a better place to live, with $1,000 awarded to the best idea of all. This year, we’re fortunate to have some exciting new partners: the winners of the 2011 contest, Swings Tampa Bay, who will hold workshops during the 2012 application process on how to bring your good ideas to life. We’re also inviting anyone who believes in the forward-thinking spirit of 10/100/1000 to become a member of the Ten100 Club: Donate $100 to Creative Tampa Bay, and we will list your name or your company’s name on the 10/100/1000 website, providing links to your business and offering opportunities to network with leaders of the area’s creative economy through by CTB and Creative Loafing.

Applicants can submit proposals from February 23 to April 5, 2012. The 10 best projects will be selected by judges from CL and CTB, reserving one spot for the project that gets the most votes from readers. We’ll highlight promising ideas in print each week and online at The Daily Loaf and The Buzz and announce the top 10 and the grand prize winner of $1,000 in CL’s issue of April 19, following an awards party on Apr. 18 at CL Space.

Start your application now! (And once you’ve submitted, encourage your friends and allies to click the Vote Now! button on your project page.)
